I’m Tom, the founder of resîta. A proper Northerner, and dad of 3, I moved from The Lake District to Manchester in 1999 before calling Bolton home for the last decade. Since uni, I’ve spent 24 years leading HR & hiring teams for household names like the BBC, AO, The Co-op, Virgin Media and TalkTalk.
