I’m Tom, the founder of resîta. A proper Northerner, and dad of 3, I moved from The Lake District to Manchester in 1999 before calling Bolton home for the last decade. Since uni, I’ve spent 24 years leading HR & hiring teams for household names like the BBC, AO, The Co-op, Virgin Media and TalkTalk.
But more importantly, my launch partner (a Dual-Registered Manager) and I have nearly 20 years of care sector experience between us, where I spent over a decade volunteering as an Independent Visitor.
